Description of Works:
Value Engineering was requested on the design of the structural steel roof, which was designed by others. Through a process of detailed design work a saving on the cost of structural steel for roof in the region of R 2 000,000.00 could be realized.
PROJECT: BAPS SWAMINARAYAN TEMPLE: NORTH RIDING

Full Structural & Civil Engineering services, for a multi-story temple. This involved all aspects of structural engineering ranging from concrete works, structural steelwork, retaining structures and all other items as required. The Civil works involved bulk earthworks platforms, sewer and stormwater designs, roads, paved areas and all statutory development plans as required for council submissions.
